What Does Millionaire Society “On Click” Software Do?

Who knows? It is bunch a fluff, The sales video is a bunch of hype. They tell you nothing. One click my arse! All they are doing is selling a dream that yes you to can make a quarter of a million dollars every month with one click.

Not only are they scammers but they are spammers too. The mike guy that sent me this email doesnt even have a real email account. It is a fake!

Don’t even waste your time reading the sales page of watching the video or you will get scammed out of your time like I did.

How do I know that Millionaire Society is a scam. Two ways. I have been internet marketing for over 5 years and if anyone should be making a quarter of a million each month it should be me. Nothing is one click. Internet marketing takes work. Yes work! It is a business. I won’t lie to you. It takes time. Yesterday I went out to get some business cards, but it turned out that the company no longer made business cards now that they switched over to just creating promotional items like mugs and jackets ect.

Anyways they recommended a printer to me and gave me directions to find them. So I went over there and couldn’t find them, but it is a small town and I figured if I drove around enough in the general area I would find them. Eventually my gas tank was flashing that it was low so I gave up and got some gas. I asked for a map and yellow pages at the gas station but they didn’t have either one so I drove back home looked up the printer and took the yellow pages with me. Turned out this place was not anywhere near where the guy told me, and it was on a weird little street that turned into another couple of streets and well to make a long story short I still could not find it. So I drove to the other end of town and went to the chamber of commerce to get a map. Success at last! This whole thing ended up taking me over an hour when it should of taken me 15 minutes max.

If I had a smart phone the story would of been different. I would of just looked it up online, checked google maps, and then drove there. Simple.

People are not going to drive around with yellow pages in their car, and when your traveling your not going to have a yellow pages for every city you visit. If you want to find a restaurant for example you could easily look it up on your phone, and even read the menu, and read some reviews on various restaurants.

Times have changed and as the price of smart phone decreases and more people have them old fashioned way of advertising will become useless. Those who adapt and switch to modern forms of advertising will prosper.

I tried out the directory submitter that Howie has and to my disappointment it was complete crap! I am not the only one who feels this way. Check out this post in the warriors forum –> directory submitter review. It was the first time I have every made a significant purchase of one of howies products. I did buy one of his programs for $45 and it was not really worth the money. Up until now Howie has been one of my favorite marketers. I just liked that he was relentless and was constantly marketing. He was one of the few marketers whos email list that I still subscribed to. I remember wanting to join his apprentice program but the price was too steep at 3G. I am glad I didn’t. I will never purchase any of his products again.

I have been swamped trying to get everything in place to open up my local search engine marketing business here is Penticton B.C.  I had to sites to buid.  Got one of them done but still have hundreds of products to upload to it. I revamped my personal site “Robert Kennedy“; it is still under construction.

I also have to set-up my bookeeping, get my business bank account, and my business license.  I am spending lots of money right now but not making a whole lot since I haven’t started advertising or prospecting for customers.  I am going to need some very quickly.

Luckily I have some other websites that are making money.  They are on autopilot for the most part but every once in a while a customer needs help or a bug pops up and it keeps me on my toes.  Maybe one day I will take the advice in the book “The 4 Hour Work Week” by Timothy Ferris and get a virtual assistant.  Until then its just me.

So here is what is happening with my business.  I am starting a search engine optimization company here in Penticton B.C. Anyways right now I am just getting the membership area all set-up but it will be ready shortly and I keep adding new products to it every week.  I also except requests for new products.  That means if you own a winery and would like some articles on the wine industry or a ebook on wine then if you request it I will work on making it available in the members area.  I spent most of my life working in service based industries and customer service in deeply ingrained in me.  I aim to please.  As my customers know you can call me any time and I will get cracking on what you need done.

I signed up on elance a few years ago. After I found out how low providers were bidding on jobs I figured I would never make any money and never used their service again.

Today I thought I would look into them again. I signed up for a new account with a different email so I have to write the test over again. Not a big deal. But before I decided to do that I went out and did some research into elance and what I discovered confirmed my initial gut reaction.

Elance has terrrible reviews. Both sellers and providers have been ripped off with no real protection from the escrow service. Overseas workers provide services dirt cheap. You would be lucky to make 2-4$ per hour if you want to compete. Of course you get what you pay for. But when you look at the list of providers you will see people making $10,000 - $40,000 per year. With numbers like that you figure that people have to be making money as providers. Unfortunately they are not. Sad to say the whole thing is a scam. What is happening is that people signup for multiple accounts and trade jobs back and forth to increase the amount they made while getting positive reviews so they appear to be legit.

This is my second time around looking at elance and once again I have come to the same conclusion. It is a waste of time and money, both of which are valuable to me. I won’t be bothering to write the test or bidding on jobs.

Handed in my completed business plan today. Great course. I learned so much. Being that it was taught in a classroom setting I was actually able to learn everything easily. Each day we did a little more, taking on bite sized chunks until it was mostly completed. We had experts in different fields such as bookeeping and finance. Then I spend the last week fine tuning it. Now we get a couple hours of mentorship wherever we need it most. I am probably going to get mine for sales and marketing. Marketing is the lifeblood of a business so I want to be as good at it as I can be.

Now I am in the business of website design and seo. I have been looking at content management systems trying to find the one I like the best. I have been checking out drupal but the more I look at wordpress the more I like it. I think wordpress is the best way to start off a website. You can do everything with it.

I have been immersing myself in css and theming so I can make any cms look awesome whether it is drupal or wordpress.

I discovered firebug yesterday. Firebug is for firefox and lets you view and edit css without actually changing the site. It is a indispensable tool for anyone who does any theming.

I have also found some other interesting programs that use a interface to change the look of wordpress. They are so easy to use it seems like cheating. Also saw a program where you create your theme in photoshop and then it turns it into code. Very cool stuff. I was going to theme by hand but with all of these tools that make it easier I might as well try them out.
